Deactivate a loop from custom action server

Hi, Is it a way to deactivate a form from the custom action server? I try by replying the followup event with the action name of action_deactivate_loop, but cannot find a way that to set the active_loop to null

Any help would be appreciated

Try returning ActionExecutionRejected event from your validate method in the rasa custom action. For more details refer Forms

Uttering buttons with custom action are not shown and the conversation in channels like Telegram and Messenger enters a loop.
