Conversations in Rasa-X: api tagging or filter template

When reviewing logged conversations in Rasa-X interface, you can

  • set a template with filters based on certain criteria
  • automatically tag conversations based on certain criteria

Why would you choose automated tagging over filters, or vice-versa? Or do you use both options, but with a different strategy?

You can use templates for daily analytics export, for example.

Good to know. However my main ‘concern’ is what’s more advantageous to tag the incoming conversations. The api tagger or filter templates.
