Conversation never ends

Hi,

I have a question about conversations and timeout. In my RasaX I had one big conversation for each sender (user). The session expiration time setting seems not working.

It looks out as the conversations never expires ore ends. Even if I send an action_session_start the conversations are not closed.

I’m using the following versions: RASA_X_VERSION=0.32.2 RASA_VERSION=1.10.12

I’m experiencing the same. When looking through the conversations, you can see various messages throughout that say:

Conversation session started on 4 Mar 2021

This implies to me that this behaviour is intentional, although perhaps unexpected given how it works when you use the “Talk to your bot” featuer of Rasa X.
