Are there any good examples of training a bot that reacts differently according to attributes of the sender of the message? For instance, I am creating a Twilio bot, and I want different stories to play out depending on whether or not the sender of the message has already conversed with the bot. I already have a tracker_store set up with MongoDB. How might this be accomplished?
