Hi everyone,
I have an issue with chitchat and FAQ. When I start the bot and writing some chitchat I got the right answer and everything is working fine.
Then I will ask a question with an entity, which is also a slot, the answer is also correct. But now if I’m writing the same chitchat question again, I got a totaly wrong answer.
Rasa/NLU detects the intent in all cases correct, but it says rasa.core.policies.rule_policy - There is no applicable rule.
I’m using Rasa Version 2.8.14, but I also had the issue in previous versions of rasa.
