Chatbot learning from file

Hello, is it possible to make our chatbot learn questions and answers from a file (in CSV format for example)? If not, do you plan to implement this feature?

@RuhtraZ , Yes, Rasa’s training data is all in YAML format.

For FAQs, use the ResponseSelector.
