how can I train rasa by the CSV and JSON file by customized data, suppose I have lots of data for the FAQ chatbot so it is hard to train the rasa model by the manually means as per the way of training in rasa ,
I am also having the same doubt. I have a dataset based on recent tweets and I have to display the number of followers when the user asks the bot how many followers are there for some xyz.
As of Rasa Open Source 2.0 the main training data format is YAML.
But anyways, I think you cannot avoid some scripting to convert your existing training data into something that Rasa Open Source can parse and train on. Please check the training data format docs here.
