Changes to underlying Rasa and compatibility with RASA X

Hello,

First off, thanks for sharing RASA X, our team is definitely going to utilize this for our future prototyping and development purposes.

If we make modifications to the underlying ML parts of the RASA_NLU, RASA_CORE packages, will RASA X still run as normal? (assuming we keep the subdirectories consistent and training file formats the same).

Yeah you should be able to use it as normal still!
