Hello everyone, Since I am new to RASA platform, can I use the RASA X /Enterprise installation for development activities or do I need to configure RASA as an open source configuration separately?

Yes, I know about it. Would it be possible for you to answer my question? In Rasa open source platform we can do all the development work. what about Rasa Enterprise? Does it support all the development and deployment ?
Rasa Enterprise is a UI that sits on top of Rasa OSS. You still run Rasa OSS for the production deployment. Rasa Enterprise does not replace Rasa OSS.
Ok got it, For development work, I need to set up a separate environment like local system. so I assume Rasa Enterprises for deployment related activities as mentioned in the documentation Installation Guide.
Rasa Enterprise is main for bot evaluation (not deployment). It allows you to review conversations at scale to improve the bot.
