I deploy a bot on Rasa X server. However, the bot sometimes keep sending automatic message and I don’t understand why.
What Can I do to stop that please.
I shut down the server in production, and resume, but it keeps sending message.
Hi @Rogers_ntr could you provide some info about how you set up and deployed your bot? I’m guessing this is about the stories/actions in the bot itself, not the deployment method but if, for example, you configured your front end to send a message on refresh that might impact it.
