Action Server Health Check Through Rasa X?

Hello!

I have rasa running in a production environment where I use a rasa x api to send message requests. The rasa action server is within a kubernetes cluster so I don’t have a url to send a health check request directly to the action server.

Is there a way to check if the action server is still healthy through Rasa x or any other method?

Use the kubernetes livenessProbe for this. The official Rasa helm chart will do this automatically and you can refer to it if you want to copy the standard probe.
