Unable to understand or get around the "restart polling" error in Rasa X

I’m getting this error when opening Rasa X. When I click on “restart polling”, it shows “Loading messages” for the briefest of seconds and reverts to this message. Can someone please help me?

@ganeshv Two things to try:

1. Can you make sure that if you are using an adblocker (e.g. uBlock Origin) that it is disabled for your Rasa X URL / IP address?

2. Can you try updating to Rasa X 0.28.3?

Hello @tyd disabling the ad blocker seemed to have worked. Thanks!
