Hello,

I am displaying this error while trying to view conversations in rasa-x. “There was an error loading messages and polling has been stopped. Restart polling”

I think the sender_id information is 161 characters because of this. I can’t shorten the sender_id information, it contains the necessary information for me. How can I find a solution?

normally it works if I don’t change the sender_id format. I want to send this information instead of sender_id.
