I just found it in the exmaple bot. https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa_core/blob/master/examples/concertbot/train_online.py
Prev it was in the rep under rasa_core.
no, online training was always activated with the --online flag on the training script. The script you’re linking to is an example of how to do it in your own python script
