Where can I try Rasa?

I am a developer with some experience in NLP and was hoping to find a free/low cost way to try Rasa without doing all of the deployment setup: maybe using a hosted version. Is there anything like this available? I am guessing that maybe this is what Enterprise version is but needing a substantial $$$ to start. I’d like to try building and deploying a model for a voice app idea and was looking at Rasa as a DialogFlow alternative.
