ValueError: too many file descriptors in select() Rasa Error

I’m testing rasa on windows local setup with 15000 concurrent users and it’s getting this error and stoped.

ValueError: too many file descriptors in select().

Also it’s RPS is average 800. I’ve alot of ram and cpu available why is it doing that.
