I faced the same issue. You can resolve this by killing the process running on 5005 port. Steps to kill the process: WINDOWS find the PID number by running: netstat -ano | findstr :5005 Enter PID number below to kill the process taskkill /PID 5005 /F MAC kill $(lsof -t -i:5005) Source: cmd - How do I kill the process currently using a port on localhost in Windows? - Stack Overflow

netstat -a -n -o | find "123456"

I do not have windows installed so I cannot check it.
