How are you getting data from https://your-rasa-url-here but not from your IP? That doesn’t make sense.

Are you able to do ping <your_rasa_ip> from your website’s server?

I have my website in HTML which I have written basic HTML code and I would like to thank YOU and @ChrisRahme for helping it is working now but loading takes a longer time and in between conversation gets restarting

I have solved this by adding the code in Github for chatbot instead of snippet code in the RASAX Documentation

Adding code in Github? can you share something to support this? or do you mean connecting the Rasa X with Github?

I have used the below script into my website and then I got my bot working and that to the script takes longer time to load if any solution it will be helpful

@surendra10125 what do you mean by loading? or longer time?

@surendra10125 I guess you are using Rasa X latest i.e 1.0.1 and using docker-compose which is not an installation process anymore. I’d suggest for experiment purposes only, try to install rasa x 0.42.5 and then try using rasa or botfront snippet code and check the loading time for index.html

@surendra10125 even test with Rasa open source if it’s working fine with both snippet codes for loading.

@nik202 issue resolved. For bot development using RASA opensource 2.0. The bot data push into the RASA X server by the GitHub repository. Thank you for all your support.

we are getting the below error while we are using bot front in our website

WebSocket connection to ‘ws://20.204.16.241/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket&sid=YNZOg7pJFS-IBrZ-ADK1’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 200
