TwoStageFallbackPolicy doesn't work

Hey,

I am trying to use the TwoStageFallbackPolicy , but for some reason it doesnt work. I have specified it in policies, created two fallback actions and mentioned them in the domain file. twostagefail

for some reason, core always shows me this:

why does it always try to use “action_default_fallback” and not the custom actions?

Could you post the complete contents of your configuration file along with the full logs from your conversation (including what you input and the NLU output)?
