hi, when I execute the tracker store with costum action, it only works with costum actions or only with the tracker it gives me the error,: ERROR:rasa_core.processor:Encountered an exception while running action ‘Action_db’. Bot will continue, but the actions events are lost. Make sure to fix the exception in your custom code.
Hi @achraf, have you checked the terminal where you’re running your actions? Usually that error message means that something went wrong in your custom action code, and the real error will be found in that terminal.
