Too high confidence level for something completely non relevant

Hello,

I am using the default chatbot of rasa, that was created by rasa init command. I put for example “ooooooooooooooooo” and it categorizes that into “greet” intent. The confidence level for that for the “greet” intent is 0.81! Why that happens and how can we avoid that? And how can we lead it to fall_back?

Also, I have trained another chatbot with enough examples, more than 30 examples for each intent, but same thing happens! I seriously have no idea why it responds like that!
