TensorFlow installation error

hi, i’m new to rasa and when try to install rasa using pip installer,i get the followin error:

“Collecting tensorflow~=1.13.0 (from rasa-core->rasa) ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow~=1.13.0 (from rasa-core->rasa) (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow~=1.13.0 (from rasa-core->rasa)”

i’m using python 3.6.0…

i tried the following commands from the official website,but it still results the same error: pip install rasa_nlu pip install rasa

if you are using linux, try this:

• wget https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/cpu/tensorflow-1.12.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_x86_64.whl

• pip install tensorflow-1.12.0-cp36-cp36m-linux_x86_64.whl
