Lol, honestly, I am not sure how this is an acceptable answer.
So the issue was reported over one year ago, and Rasa’s response is… “Just ignore it.” while everyone else is saying “stuff is broken”.
I followed the stackoverflow post - it didn’t fix anything in my docker container.
