Talk to your bot not response in the rasa x if i set tracker_store to mongo

when i change my endpoints.yml file and set tracker_store: type: mongod url: mongodb://localhost:27017 db: rasa username: password: rasa x will not response when use talk to your bot

it working well when i update to Latest version rasa 1.5.1
rasa-sdk 1.5.1
rasa-x 0.23.3
