Two questions since I’m not sure I understand your stories correctly: In printer_problem, is it on purpose that the intial intent is printer_problem_no instead of just printer_problem, like with the other two stories? In printer_problem_YES_YES, the last intent is called mod_confirm. Shouldn’t it be mood_confirm as with the ones above? I think 2. may be your problem.
