'Stories' been overridden by 'Rules'

Hi! I’ve been following the rasa documentation on ‘Using forms to Handling Business Logic’ wherein we’ve been asked to make rules. Now, those rules have been working perfectly. But the stories steps that I had already coded under ‘stories.yml’ aren’t getting executed at all.

Am I missing anything here? Any help/assistance on this asap will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

Can’t fully answer without looking at your stories and rules but in general, rules take precidence and I recommend you avoid stories as much as possible.

I would look at converting the stories to rules.
