Slack buttons not responding

Slack buttons do nothing when clicked. I have tried running the same code in shell mode which works fine but when i try it in slack or fb messenger, it doesn’t work.

Is there any additional configuration for this or am i missing something?

Hi @zain! Can you run Rasa in debug mode and share your logs for the conversations via shell and slack?

I figured out a way by enabling interactive component option from slack webpage. I entered the url in the provided space and it seems to work now

is it the right way to do it?
