Hi @ChrisRahme I’d like to know if it’s possible to show message count on the webchat icon. I am currently using botfront widget.
I want to achieve something like this. It shows ‘1’ as the message count on the icon. As the number of messages increase it should show the count accordingly until the user opens the widget on click. If possible, please help me out with this. Thanks!
