Segmentation Fault (core dumped) rasa-x

When I install rasa on a fresh machine I get a segmentation fault. What am I doing wrong?

pip3 install --user rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple . . . Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Help, I’m stuck, I can’t get past this. What can I do?
