RulePolicy for form and custom action

Hi all,

I need to help with RulePolicy.

I’m working fine with my custom actions. When I turn on RulePolicy at the config, Form is working fine. But my custom actions are not working. It’s return nothing.

In a other side, when i turn off RulePolicy. Custom actions are working fine but Form is not working.

I tested for a long time and can’t find a way to fix it.
