I’m having trouble following a chitchat conversation. I need to change the value of the slot from categorical type “continue” to “start” but I’m not able to do it in custom actions.
Bot stops in action to reset slots and does not read the next action. If I change the custom action and remove the categorical slot from the reset_slots class it reads the next custom action but I still have no response when I select the next intent
Does anyone have any tips that can pass on how to solve this problem?
