Reload model according to the chosen language

Hi, I have made a chatbot and when starting the conversation, the bot shows the message “Choose a language” and it gives 2 options for choosing a language (two buttons: “English” and “French”) (I have 2 models: English and French) How to reload the appropriate model according to the button clicked?

Hi Mellah! You can do this using a bot to bot handoff. The IT Helpdesk starter pack has a working example you can modify & use. :slight_smile:
