Hi there!
When you access Rasa X dashboard, there is a user tour that tries to show you around.
- It usually gets stuck after the first step
- It always and always pops up… No matter you click “Not right right” or close the tip. Every page refresh triggers it.

Any ideas? Should I disable telemetry? Not sure if we can disable telemetry in Rasa X CE?
