I have tried installing rasa x through GCP instead and it works now. thank you for all your help.

@nik202 : I followed your Option 3 and created a new environment, installed with pip==20.2 and the given rasa versions. Installation is ok, Execution of ras is ok, Execution of rasa-x creates the error messages mentioned above - BUT nevertheless rasa x open on http://localhost:5002/interactive and for the first time I can work with it. Thank you very much for your advice. :smile: Hopefully, RASA will update the installation procedure to allow painless installation of rasa x.
