Rasa X Gives "Exception occurred while handling uri: unknown" Error

Hi everyone,

When I talk to my chatbot via rasa x, frequently I get the following error Exception occurred while handling uri: unknown. Here is a screenshot of such a scenario:

I use the following versions:

  • rasa: 1.10.14
  • rasa-x: 0.32.2
  • rasa-sdk: 1.10.2
  • sanic: 19.12.2

The funny thing is that nothing happens when this error occurs, so it does not have an impact on how the chatbot works or how rasa x works.

Why this error occurs, and how to resolve it?
