When using Rasa slots (text type), should I define all possible combinations that could be entered as the slot value.
Because when I enter a value that i didn’t write in the stories.md file i got a “NoneType” error
Normally, i would say you should try to define as much values as you can in the training data (file nlu.md). The more examples you defined, the better your bot can recognize the entity. But at the same time, your bot can not 100% recognize accurately all entities, especially if they are not in the training data. Sometimes it’s smart, sometimes it’s not. So remember to always validate your slot value and handle correspondingly.
