Rasa installation error on ubuntu

I am new to Rasa and trying to install on ubuntu os. Following the steps listed in below link

Getting below error (last step):

Command “python setup.py egg_info” failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-WLSAdO/rasa/

Can someone help me resolving the error please.

Can you try installing rasa using the below command:

pip install rasa && PYTHONIOENCODING=‘UTF8’

tried the command you gave sudo pip install rasa && PYTHONIOENCODING=‘UTF8’

Still experiencing the same error.
