Hello.
What is the general level of monitoring by Rasa company of the forum for helping answer tech issues? Just want to make sure we have the correct expectations.
We are trying out Rasa and learning through it and wondering if this forum is actively monitored? I.e. if we stumble into technical issues and post here, what’s the typical turn around that you aim at (given it’s a community forum) and what can we do if no reply in let’s say a week or two?
