Rasa Custom Action that implements a Websocket connection to a Webcare platform for escalation

Anybody here that has experience with adding escalation to a livechat/real person into Rasa using custom actions?

What platform are you using for live chat, what kind of API does it have. Can you share the code?

With live chat I mean, systems live Obi4wan Webcare. Where real people take over the conversation from the bot.

I’ve been reverse engineering the live chat widget into Python the last two days. Today I was able to get a message from Rasa into the Obi4wan Webcare system. But still a lot of work to do.
