Rasa Core with Webchat - Open Links in new tab?

Hi,

I’m using Rasa with Webchat and it’s working fine so far. I have some utter_templates with links. At the moment each link opens in the same window. So I have to go back if I want to continue to chat with the bot.

Can I change the behavior to open a link in a new tab or window?
