Rasa Core v0.13 is out!
We have recently released a new version Rasa Core 
. It comes with a bunch of new exciting things like:
- TwoStageFallbackPolicy which handles low NLU confidence in multiple stages.
- Improvements on Slack channel to allow app_metion events
- Random seed option for KerasPolicy and EmbeddingPolicy to allow for reproducible training results
