RASA best usage practices

Hi everybody! I am new in RASA and I have a doubt about best usage practices.

Which one is the best solution:

  • Create a generic utterance with a variable/slot and replace the variable/slot in an action, that search in another source or repository a custom link according the intent and send it to user. or
  • Create one utterance for each intent with a different custom link

Hey @JulianoPCardoso. Apologies for a lates repsonse on this. To better understand what you are trying to achieve, can you give an example of how the interaction between the user and the bot would look like?
