We have been working with Rasa in Spanish, but when we have words with accents or accents, he does not recognize them, just like the letter Ñ.
There is some way to configure Rasa to be able to have the words with accents and the letter ñ, plus the symbols.
Apart I would like to add emojis to the domain.

Check if your text editor has some options for that. For example, NotePad++ has “Codificación” in the menu, in there, you can select UTF-8. I’ve corrected problems with that.
I think emojis will depend on your channel.

About the emojis, you can copy them from the third column in this table into your domain file.
