Problem after running rasa train

when i add some more intents to my model and do all the required changes which are to be done in domain.yml and stories.yml , after running command rasa train my nlu.yml file is roll backed to the previous version, similarly with the domain.yml and stories.yml , i don’t know why this happens ??

Hi @baval. Which version of Rasa are you using? And what OS do you have on your machine?

i am using rasa 2.0 and Ubuntu 20.04.1
