Poetry install is not installing Rasa Pro

I updated the pyporject.toml following the instructions here for Rasa >=3.8.1: Installation for local development

But when I run “poetry install” it seems to do nothing! It does not install rasa-pro in the environment

Any ideas what could be the reason? fyi, I am using poetry version 1.8.3

I recommend installing with uv. For example:

uv pip install --extra-index-url https://europe-west3-python.pkg.dev/rasa-releases/rasa-pro-python/simple rasa-pro==3.9.8
