Out of scope intent behavior

How nlu behave with out of scope sentences ? Does it fit to one of the trained intents ?

How to make a sandwich This sentence is out of scope to my model, Do I have train this too ?

I have not trained out of scope sentences to my model, when I test such models it fit to one of the trained intent.

Do anyone what to do ?

You can create an intent called out_of_scope and add all out_of_scope messages in there.
