About Out_of_scope intent:

I had created an intent “Out_of_scope” to handle un-know questions,but i don’t know what kind of questions that user asks.

he may ask any kind of question, but bot was not identifying the intent “out_of_scope”, i don’t know how to handle it could. you please help me out.

hi mohan - the best way to do this is just to get some real data! You can use the ‘share’ button in the conversations screen of Rasa X to get some people to test your bot, even before connecting it to a messaging platform. See Annotate Conversations
