Other than product related questions how make rasa to handle other questions

Suppose I trained my bot for restaurant purpose but someone is asking other than restaurant questions how to handle or answer those questions?

Either you declare Intents and Stories for each specific case or you just use the FallbackPolicy for one generic answer to Off-Topic questions.

Thank you so much @sugarshock, its working fine and also if I want my chatbot to search google for other query can I do that? (this is opposite to what I asked?)

If you want to call an API to get additional information, you can use Custom Actions.
