Not identifying entity

When I’m trying to ask the bot a question it is not identifying the entities. I’ve also added the entities in the lookup table

intent:contact_insurance

  • whom should I contact for star health Insurance?

lookup:contact

  • contact
  • reach out

I think you need to add more examples. Also, if “reach out” is a synonym of contact, you need to add the following:

synonym:contact

  • reach out
