Not getting responses from action server

I am following tutorial from Docker Compose Installation and after I do rasa train core and then rasa shell, I do not get any output. What am I missing? Thank you.

Hi @tt4rm1nal the docker compose installation and rasa shell are unrelated to each other - what are you trying to achieve?

i am watching the rasa masterclass tutorials but get the attached error when i run “rasa run actions & rasa shell”. What am i missing or doing wrong?
